THE INTEGRATION CATALOG

Thirty-four placesyour business writes things down. One place it all lands.

The receipt is in a mailbox, the hours are in a calendar, the sign-off is in a project tool, the payout is with a processor and the signed contract is in a folder someone named twice. Every connection below reads one of those sources and puts what it finds in the same set of records — held for your review before any of it counts.

01Six tools, one client

Nothing was lost.
It was just filed apart.

Here is everything your business already knows about one client, Harbor & Co., on a Tuesday in April. All of it is true. None of it is in the same place, and none of it can answer the only question that matters.

Gmail
The signed proposal
message nine of a thread from March, attachment never opened again
Google Calendar
Eleven hours of meetings
held, useful, and nowhere near an invoice
Asana
Phase 2, marked complete on the 12th
the billing moment came and went mid-sprint
Stripe
$1,200 received
no document beside it, so nobody can say which invoice it settled
Google Drive
Contract_v3_FINAL.pdf
and Contract_v3_FINAL_2.pdf, edited four days later
QuickBooks
Last quarter, tidy and closed

WHERE ARE WE WITH HARBOR & CO.?ANSWER six tabs and a guess

Connecting a source is not about having fewer apps. Your team likes those apps. It is about one record that already knows what the apps have been saying all along.

02The catalog

0 connections,
eight kinds of evidence.

Grouped by what a source actually contributes rather than by which logo is biggest. Open any one for its exact scope, its setup steps and what it does not do.

Shopify is in private beta and connects per store after an access request — it is not switchable on today. Any mailbox that speaks IMAP connects whether or not its provider is named above, and Zapier, webhooks and API keys cover the tools that are not here yet.

03Every source, and what it brings

A connection is
a promise about
one kind of record.

Read it as a contract. Each category says what it is allowed to contribute to your books and how often it turns up — nothing more is implied, and nothing quietly extends.

01
Email
5 sources
Receipts, invoices, bills, statements and contracts, lifted out of the message
Every 5 minutes, after a 150-day backfill on the first pass
02
Calendar & Meetings
3 sources
Meetings, bookings, cancellations and reschedules, matched by attendee email
Bookings arrive by webhook the moment they confirm; calendars on a regular check
03
Tasks & Projects
4 sources
Completed milestones, status changes and tracked hours as billing signals
On each status you nominate — the moment someone marks it done
04
CRM & Sales
4 sources
Contacts, companies, deals and their stages, joined to the invoices behind them
On a regular read-only sync, plus a first import of your existing records
05
Financials
5 sources
Charges, payouts, fees, refunds — and the books you already keep elsewhere
Payments as they settle; QuickBooks and Xero import one way, into CashFish
06
Documents & Storage
5 sources
Contracts, agreements and stored PDFs, read for their terms, dates and amounts
As files land in the folders you share; signature events on completion
07
E-commerce
5 sources
Orders, platform fees, refunds and store payouts, per storefront
As orders complete and payouts land, per store you connect

Whatever you send: records from a tool with no native connection, on your terms
The moment your trigger fires — no polling, no schedule to wait for

Every connection in this table is read-only in the direction that matters: documents, events and balances travel into CashFish, and your source of truth stays where it is. QuickBooks and Xero import one way and are never written back to. Each connection shows its status in the Connection Health panel in settings, and can be disconnected there at any time — the records it already created stay yours.

04How a connection works

Three screens,
about a minute,
and it is reversible.

The same shape every time, whichever of the 34 you pick. If any step asks you for a password belonging to another service, you are in the wrong place — CashFish does not have one of those fields.

READ-ONLY OAUTH
01
Authorize, don't hand over a password

You sign in on the provider's own page — Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Zoho — and approve a read scope. CashFish never has a password field for another service. Where a provider prefers app passwords or API keys instead, those are scoped and revocable from the provider's side.

PICK THE SCOPE
02
Choose exactly what flows in

Per calendar, per folder, per list, per mailbox, per store. The work calendar comes in and the family one stays out; the delivery list connects and the internal ops board does not. You can change the selection later without reconnecting.

NOTHING SILENT
03
Review before anything posts

Every extraction lands in a review queue with the original document one click behind it. Duplicates are filtered before you see the list. Approve, recategorize or dismiss — nothing becomes a record because a machine felt confident.

Duplicates filtered before you lookSource file attached to every recordLow-confidence readings flagged, not filed
05What protects it

Access you granted,
and can take back.

Connections are the part of a finance tool that deserves the most suspicion. So the answers are short ones: read scopes, audited controls, and a panel that shows every live connection with a disconnect button beside it.

256-bit encryption
In transit and at rest, on every connection in this catalog.
Read-only bank access
12,000+ institutions. CashFish can see the lines; it cannot move a cent.
SOC 2 Type II
Independently audited controls over how your data is handled.
ISO 27001
A certified information-security management system behind the product.
GDPR
Export or delete what CashFish holds, whenever you ask for it.

CashFish does not move money, does not file taxes and does not replace an accountant. It reads what you connect, keeps the original beside the record, and hands the picture back to you.

06The plan for this

Connect the three that
would change your week.

Growth is the plan on this page because it opens the connections most of this catalog lives in: read-only bank sync across 12,000+ institutions, store and payment integrations, CRM Lite, and the 1000+ app integrations that calendar and task tools connect through.

07Before you connect anything

The six questions
people ask first.

The connection stops immediately and CashFish reads nothing further from that account. Everything already extracted stays in your workspace — the invoices, receipts, contacts and documents remain yours, with their source files attached, and CSV or PDF export is available on every plan. Disconnecting happens in the Connection Health panel in settings, in one click, without contacting anyone.
