Refund Policy

1. The 4-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every CashFish plan — Starter, Growth, Scale and Teams, on monthly or annual billing — begins with a 4-day free trial of the full platform, and is covered by a 4-day money-back guarantee.

If you cancel within 4 days of your initial subscription, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged. No questions asked.

2. How the Trial Works

• You get complete access to your selected plan from the moment you sign up
• Your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the 4-day trial unless you cancel beforehand
• Checkout and billing are handled securely by Stripe
• Canceling during the trial stops the subscription from starting; if a charge has already been made, it is refunded in full under the guarantee

3. Requesting a Refund

To cancel and request a refund within the 4-day window:

• Cancel your subscription from your account settings, or
• Email support@cashfish.io from your account email within the 4-day window

Processing: refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Cancellations After the 4-Day Window

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalties or fees. When you cancel, you retain access to CashFish until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Payments already made outside the 4-day guarantee window are not refunded, except in the case of billing errors.

5. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or an incorrect amount — contact support@cashfish.io and we will investigate and correct verified billing errors promptly.

6. Plan Changes

You can upgrade your plan at any time and pay only the prorated difference. Your existing data and connections carry over instantly to the new plan.
