Authorize with Google

In Settings → Connections, choose Google Drive and sign in with your Google account. Authorization runs on OAuth 2.0 — CashFish never sees your password and only receives the access you grant.

Pick the folders to watch

An existing archive, a shared receipts folder, or both. Everything outside the folders you select stays invisible to CashFish.

Approve the first drafts

Extracted entries arrive as drafts with vendor, date, and amount pre-filled. Confirm or correct them, then export to CSV or PDF whenever you need.

Google OAuth 2.0 — folder-scoped, read-only access

Google OAuth 2.0 — CashFish never sees your Google password, only the folder-scoped read access you grant. The connection is listed in the Connection Health panel and can be disconnected there. Data is protected with 256-bit encryption under SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR, and every connection can be reviewed or disconnected from the Connection Health panel in settings.
