THE PLATFORM6 modules live · OS layer coming soon

Six modules
share one record.
The system that binds them is still being built.

Six CashFish modules already run on one wire: a document read from your inbox becomes the record that books, invoices, CRM, cash, contracts and vendors all read. The named operating system around them — scenario simulation, a profitability analysis module, machine-learning cost optimisation — is still in build, and this page marks it that way. What you can start today is the platform as it currently stands.

01Five tools, one month

Each tool is right.
Together they disagree.

Nothing here is broken on its own. The accounting file is accurate, the invoicing tool is accurate, the bank portal is accurate. The trouble starts in the gaps between them, where a fact has to be carried by a person.

The toolWhat it holdsWhat it cannot see
Accounting fileJournals, the trial balance, last month signed offAnything nobody has keyed in yet
Invoicing toolWhat went out and what is still unpaidWhat the work cost to deliver
SpreadsheetA forecast, accurate as of a TuesdayEvery record that has arrived since
CRMThe deal, the contact, the threadWhether instalment two ever landed
Bank portalThe money that actually movedWhich invoice each line belonged to
01
The same invoice gets typed three times
It leaves the invoicing tool on the 1st, is keyed into the accounting file on Friday, and reaches the forecast sheet whenever somebody remembers. Three copies of one fact, three chances for them to disagree.
02
The number in the meeting is from last Tuesday
Someone exported the dashboard before the call. Two payments have landed since. Nobody in the room can say which figure is stale, so the decision slides another week.
03
The client record stops at the signature
The CRM knows the engagement closed. It does not know instalment two is eleven days late, because that fact lives in a different tool behind a different login.
04
Month-end turns into an excavation
Four weeks of activity get rebuilt in five days out of statements, screenshots and memory. The close is slow not because the work is hard, but because nothing was written down while it happened.

Every one of those moments is the same failure in different clothes: the record exists in more than one place, so somebody has to keep the copies in step — and that somebody is always busiest at month-end.

02One engagement, end to end

A $12,000 engagement,
and nothing re-typed.

Follow one piece of work from the proposal to the payment. Each thing that arrives is read once; what it becomes is what every module reads afterwards.

Extraction runs at 99% accuracy, typically in under three seconds per document. Anything the system is unsure about is put in front of you rather than filed quietly.

01
A proposal leaves the inbox
A three-month engagement worth $12,000 goes out to Roseline Interiors. The thread and the attachment sit on the contact record before anyone has decided where to file them.
02
The signature becomes structure
The countersigned agreement comes back and is read in about two seconds: value, schedule, payment terms, an end date of Dec 5. A PDF in a folder becomes fields every module can use.
03
Invoice #87 joins the ledger
Month one is $4,000, recorded as a receivable the moment it is sent, due Oct 15 — visible to the cash view and the forward estimate at the same instant.
04
The payment closes its own loop
Roseline pays through Stripe on Oct 9. The payment matches invoice #87 on its own, and the $116.30 processing fee lands on its own line instead of disappearing into the total.
05
Nothing has to be told twice
Cash, revenue, the client record and the forward estimate all move on that one payment, because each is reading the record rather than a copy somebody pasted across.
06
The month ends without an excavation
When somebody asks how the engagement is going, the answer is already on screen. Month-end becomes a read-through of records that stayed current — which is how a 3–4 week close becomes 2–3 days.

One engagement, one record, six modules reading it. The work of keeping them in agreement is the work CashFish takes away.

03What plugs in today, what is coming

The honest
wiring diagram.

Left, the six modules seated right now, each with the plan it needs. Right, the three pieces still being built. Nothing on the right is on your account, and no figure on this page was produced by it.

Plugged in today6 MODULES · ONE RECORD
BooksStarterReceipts, bills and statements read from the inbox and filed as records with the source document still attached.
CashStarterWhat has come in, what is going out and what falls due next, on a dashboard fed by those same records.
InvoicesGrowthReceivables and payables kept automatically, and payments matched back to the invoice that raised them.
CRMGrowthContacts built from documents and email, pipeline stages, and the interaction timeline beside the money.
ContractsGrowthTerms, dates and amounts extracted from signed agreements. Renewal alerts and contract intelligence are Scale.
VendorsGrowthSupplier bills captured from the inbox, with spend by vendor and vendor insights on the same record.

Roles, permissions, shared dashboards, team activity and centralized documents are Teams, not Scale. Bank sync and store connections begin at Growth.

Still being builtNOT AVAILABLE
Scenario simulationComing soon
Asking the system what a hire, a price change or a slipped payment would do to the months ahead. It is in build. It is not on your account, and no number on this page came from it.
Profitability analysis moduleComing soon
A dedicated workspace for margin. Profit by client and by vendor already exists inside Scale; the module that gathers it into one view does not yet.
ML cost optimisationComing soon
Cost patterns learned from your own history and turned into suggestions worth acting on. Today CashFish flags what it sees; it does not optimise your spending for you.

Better to read this on the landing page than to discover it after paying for a trial.

04What it does today

Six capabilities, all reading the same records.

01
One extraction, six destinations

A bill is read once. It appears in the books, against the vendor, in the cash view and inside the forward estimate — as one record, not four entries somebody has to keep in step.

02
Documents in, structure out

Receipts, invoices, bills, statements, contracts and proposals are read from Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP inbox. Duplicates get caught before they become two records.

150 days of history imported
5 min between syncs
03
Actuals arrive on their own wire

From Growth, read-only bank sync across 12,000+ banks and store feeds such as Stripe and WooCommerce keep the real numbers flowing in beside the documents.

04
The client sits next to the money

CRM Lite builds contacts out of documents and email and keeps the thread, the agreement and the unpaid instalment on one record. Full CRM automation, lead scoring and profitability by client are Scale.

A forward view that calls itself an estimate

Forecasts are built from your history, your open receivables and payables, and the patterns that repeat. They move when the facts move, and they are shown as estimates — never as a promise about next quarter.

Room for a team, the moment there is one

When more than one person needs in, Teams adds four users with roles, permissions, admin controls, shared dashboards, team activity and centralized documents. Extra seats are $19/mo, or $15/mo billed yearly.

07The plan it runs on

Start with one wire.
Seat the other five when you are ready.

Scale is the plan for the whole picture: profitability by client and vendor, contract intelligence with renewal alerts, the revenue leakage dashboard, full CRM automation and advanced forecasting. Growth is enough if you only need banks, stores, CRM Lite and the core modules; Teams is where a second person gets in.

08The platform questions

Before you plug in.

Partly, and this page is precise about which part. Six modules are live and already share one record: books, cash, invoices, CRM, contracts and vendors. What is still in build is the layer above them — scenario simulation, the profitability analysis module and machine-learning cost optimisation. None of those three are on any account yet. A trial gives you the platform exactly as it stands today, and the modules you get are the ones listed on this page.
