3. User Accounts

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans: CashFish offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale, Teams) with monthly or annual billing options.

4.2 Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

4.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes take effect.

4.5 Refunds: We offer a 4-day money-back guarantee. Cancellations within 4 days of initial subscription will receive a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts

• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

You retain all rights to the data you upload to CashFish. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

9.4 Data Accuracy: While we use advanced AI technology, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction or analysis. Users should verify critical financial information.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules, rather than in court.
